Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Downtown Honolulu is seeking a Full-time Customer Service Representative for a banking call center. The role supports general inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution with a focus on service quality.

Schedule includes Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Part-time: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM). Pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience. In-state candidates only.

• 1+ year in customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Tech savvy candidate able to multitask across systems

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails per call center standards
• Assist customers with inquiries and account information
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed
• Document interactions for follow-up
• Provide product and services information (accounts, rates, fees, locations, hours)
• Process customer requests
• Manage card services and online banking access
• Refer customers for account openings
