FASTSIGNS International. Inc in Kendall, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for current and prospective customers. You will learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.

The role involves daily team meetings, supporting business and marketing plans, and engaging with customers via email, phone, in person, and on their customers' sites to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn and able to build relationships.
• Strong listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods.
• Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact with current and prospective customers.
• Learn to prepare estimates, implement work orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in daily team meetings and assist in business/marketing plans.
