The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Support Associate to support Outside Sales Representatives and drive customer satisfaction, sales growth, and account profitability. You will manage day-to-day customer needs, assist with account setup, analyze profitability data, and identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in foodservice distribution, inside sales, or sales support preferred.
• Strong understanding of product categories and customer dynamics.
• Comfortable working with reports, data analysis and profitability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support 2-4 Outside Sales Representatives as a primary contact for assigned customers.
• Assist with new account setup, onboarding, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Manage customer orders, add-ons, credits, adjustments, and special requests.
• Communicate stock changes, substitutions, and order changes proactively.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness across channels.
• Analyze reports on account profitability and growth opportunities.
• Provide backup coverage for Outside Sales during vacations or absences.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, purchasing, and customer service for a seamless experience.
