Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of customer service and/or account management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and other similar software.

Aufgaben

• Learn product knowledge to become a trusted advisor for customers.
• Serve as the primary contact for the assigned book of business (customers, dealers, distributors).
• Process new sales orders and provide proactive shipping confirmations and status updates.
• Provide technical assistance for part number inquiries.
• Collaborate with Field Account & Promotions Managers and Sales Managers to support the team.
• Ensure prompt and clear communication with stakeholders and rapid resolutions to issues.
