Job summary

Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is seeking a Product Support Sales Rep to drive revenue in parts and service for assigned customers in Byron, MN. Responsibilities include expanding aftermarket sales and maintaining strong customer relationships while coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
• Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Must be able to work safely around heavy equipment and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer coverage.
• Desire to drive aftermarket sales and service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales activity in parts and service with assigned customer list.
• Develop a call tracking plan to communicate with customers regularly.
• Identify and secure additional opportunities for aftermarket sales.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure excellent service.
• Other responsibilities as defined by management.
