Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or service management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding service inquiries and status updates.
• Receive, process, and track customer orders and service documentation.
• Prepare quotes, work orders, and related customer correspondence.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, sales, and operations.
• Monitor timelines and provide timely updates on repair status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Assist with scheduling pickups, deliveries, and freight arrangements.
• Resolve routine concerns and escalate complex issues to management.
• Support invoicing and billing inquiries; reconcile orders.
• Maintain documentation related to customer transactions and warranties.
