Job summary

Aire Serv in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a CSR/Dispatcher to handle lead qualification, confirm appointments, and close out jobs. The role includes inbound/outbound calls for sales and service, ensuring high customer service standards and smooth daily operations.

The CSR/Dispatcher will coordinate with team members, manage work orders, and help maintain office procedures. On-call rotation may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years admin experience in HVAC and/or plumbing.
• Able to work in an on-call rotation for weeknights and weekends during peak time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

CSR / Dispatcher

Full Time Harrisonburg, VA, US

We are expanding and looking to add another member to the Team!

This top-performing individual will be based out of our Harrisonburg location, handling all aspects of lead qualification, confirming appointments, and closing out jobs as appropriate.

This position will also require handling incoming and outgoing calls for sales and service.

As a CSR/Dispatcher, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv on support calls. You are responsible for handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can effectively manage various situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum TWO YEARSadmin experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing.
• Must be able to work in an on-call rotation for weeknights and weekends during peak time.
• Must be able to work in a fast pace and ever-changing environment.
• Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
• Typing skills a plus.
