• Strong oral and written communications skills when interacting with customers, staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to inbound service requests across channels (phone, email, web forms, text, etc.).
• Collects and records customer information, inputs data into CRM and other databases.
• Directs inbound calls to appropriate parties while maintaining high service levels.
• Schedules appointments for Project Consultants ensuring alignment with availability and location.
• Adheres to SOPs and contributes to ongoing improvements across departments.
• Meets or exceeds KPIs while developing personal skills and supporting peers.
