Bob Boldt HVAC is seeking a Customer Service Manager to keep our customers, the schedule, and our field technicians connected. You’ll handle phone calls and texts, update ServiceTitan, assist with scheduling and dispatch, and follow up on estimates and payments.

A detail-oriented multitasker who can switch between tasks and maintain accurate records will thrive. Your proactive follow-up keeps jobs moving and helps ensure consistent service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Must handle busy phone lines and manage multiple tasks without slips.
• Accurate note-taking and data entry must be performed at the moment of occurrence.
• Proactive follow-up on open estimates, payments, and signatures.
