IDN Global, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves assisting customers by phone and in person, processing orders, and supporting branch growth. The candidate will work with the branch team and outside sales to exceed customer expectations.

The position also includes light warehouse duties, handling promotions, and processing credits, with a focus on delivering superior service to the local market.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Customer Service/Sales experience in distribution preferred.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to assist customers by phone and in person.
• Experience with order processing and price/availability inquiries.
• Willingness to perform light warehouse tasks and promotions.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers by phone and in person to provide information on price and availability.
• Process orders and provide related customer support.
• Perform light warehouse tasks including picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Present monthly promotions to customers.
• Process customer credits and handle vendor/factory orders as needed.
• Conduct outbound calls to grow the local business and support branch goals.
