Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Customer Service / Inside Sales experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP.
• Google Workspace experience.
• Extreme attention to detail (handling precise tank, billing, and operational adjustments).
• Excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Thoughtful problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborative team orientation.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries via telephone, email, fax, and in person.
• Facilitates sales by taking customer orders and serving as a trusted resource.
• Demonstrates knowledge of order-entry, data research, and service resolution processes.
• Performs data entry for sales and sales-related processes, including new account setup and maintenance.
• Provides data entry and maintenance for customer contact pricing.
• Addresses billing, cylinder balances, order status, and delivery timing with prompt follow-up.
• Researches products with vendors, including pricing and availability.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure timely communication on capabilities, delivery, and requirements.
