Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Billerica, MA. The CSR will support order fulfilment, handle inquiries by phone and email, and coordinate with sales and operations to ensure accurate pricing and timely deliveries with outstanding customer service.

Required: high school diploma, prior customer service/inside sales, SAP and Google Workspace proficiency, and MS Office skills. Offered: $25–$27/hr plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Customer Service / Inside Sales experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP and Google Workspace.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, fax, or in person across order fulfilment.
• Take orders and serve as a trusted resource for Airgas customers.
• Maintain knowledge of order-entry, data research, and service resolution processes.
• Perform data entry for sales and new account setup.
• Update customer contact pricing and account information.
• Address billing, cylinder balances, order status, and delivery timing queries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
