You will deliver exceptional service to a diverse client base and contribute to the agency's growth with a family-oriented culture. Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish preferred) with strong English, solid Microsoft Office skills, and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
• Assist onboarding of clients to understand and use our services.
• Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate client appointments and manage calendars effectively.
