Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires a minimum of six months experience in call center, customer service, or dispatch work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.

Responsibilities
