truenorth Convenience Stores in Traverse City, MI is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR). You will deliver fast, friendly service, handle transactions at the POS, and support sales growth while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

You will greet customers, upsell promotions, assist with food service tasks when needed, manage store cleanliness inside and out, and help with inventory and daily operations during peak times.

Competenze

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to operate point of sale, store, and car wash equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper uniform standards while on duty.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for selling alcohol in Michigan (18).
