Job summary

truenorth Convenience Stores in Wisconsin is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver fast, friendly service, process transactions at the POS, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards inside and outside the store. You will support sales growth, assist customers, promote loyalty programs, and help with food service tasks when needed, reporting to Store Management.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to operate POS, store, and car wash equipment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain proper uniform standards while on duty.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for selling alcohol in Wisconsin (18).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in accordance with company standards.
