Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a Team Member to deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor and at the register. You greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ring up purchases using the POS system, while following safe money-handling procedures.

You will help keep the sales floor stocked and properly priced, support training of new teammates, and answer customer questions by directing calls or guiding them to the right department.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• High School Degree or equivalent
• General computer skills

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with store inquiries
• Answer the phone and direct callers or transfer to the right person
• Ring up purchases using the POS system and follow safe money-handling procedures
• Assist with training new team members
• Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and items are priced properly
