Job summary

AJM Packaging Corporation is actively seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administration Manager to lead our customer-facing service team and internal sales support. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can drive process improvements, set priorities, and maintain a customer-first culture.

The successful candidate will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing and coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to fulfill pricing, information requests and samples promptly while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent combination.
• 8–10 years in fast paced, high volume Customer Service roles with at least 4 years in management.
• Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead across departments.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise and lead separate Customer Service and Sales Administration teams.
• Audit and revise processes to implement best practices with repeatability.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, billing/shipping data and terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance on requests (RFP/RFI).
• Enter and track orders, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Monitor OTIF, stock levels and KPIs; address non-compliance with stakeholders.
• Notify stakeholders of issues and drive inter-departmental remediation and resolution.
• Analyze customer patterns and communicate anomalies to sales management.
