Job summary

AJM Packaging Corporation, a leading US manufacturer of disposable paper products, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administration Manager in Bloomfield Hills, MI. You will lead separate Customer Service and Sales Administration teams and partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to fulfill pricing, information requests and samples.

The role requires 8–10 years in fast-paced customer service, with at least 4 years in management, and strong MS Office and CRM experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
8–10 years in fast-paced customer service roles with at least 4 years in management.
Strong MS Office and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and lead Customer Service and Sales Administration teams.
Audit and improve processes to implement best practices.
Manage customer accounts, pricing, terms, and data accuracy.
Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to fulfill pricing, information and sample requests.
Monitor OTIF, stock levels, and compliance; address non-conformities.
