Enterprise Holdings is hiring for a Return Agent at the St. Louis International Airport (STL). The role provides friendly, efficient service during the rental return process and helps customers with the transaction flow.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns, reviewing charges, and maintaining a clean, organized lot. We offer comprehensive benefits, schedule flexibility including mornings, evenings, and overnights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Min 1 year customer service retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival at the lot and use prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found with a unit number, date, and time and turn in to lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts to customers.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document any dissatisfaction.
• Check vehicle for damage and direct customer to the counter for a damage/loss report.
• Verify fuel level status and complete appropriate service alerts.
• Identify and move vehicles on hold or for recall to the proper lot location.
• Keep the lot organized for easy access and traffic flow.
• Pursue improvement through self-assessment, training and goal setting.

The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.

This position pays $16.84 / hour plus potential bonuses adding up to $22.00.

This position is located at the St. Louis International Airport (STL) - 10124 Natural Bridge Rd St. Louis, MO 63132.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
• Remind customer to check for personal belongings
• Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer
• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal
• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
