Job summary

SIXT Portland Intl. Airport is hiring a Customer Service Return Agent. You will greet customers, inspect rented vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage, and finalize return transactions with clear charges.

You’ll also promote SIXT services and prepare vehicles for the next customer. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service, with travel up to 5–10% and a willingness to work day or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Background in sales, service, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on arrival with a friendly, professional return experience.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage and report issues.
• Explain final rental charges and complete return transactions accurately.
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns.
• Tag vehicles for maintenance and direct them to correct locations.
• Adapt to weather and support business needs as required.
