Job summary

SIXT Rent a Car, LLC at Boston Logan International Airport is hiring a Customer Service Return Agent to greet customers, inspect vehicles for damage, process returns, and explain charges to ensure a smooth, friendly experience. You’ll promote SIXT products, coordinate fleet movements, and help maintain station operations in a fast-paced airport setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on arrival and deliver a friendly return experience.
• Inspect rentals for damage, fuel, and mileage and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete return transactions and explain final charges clearly to customers.
• Promote SIXT products and services where applicable.
• Identify vehicles needing maintenance and ensure correct relocation.
