Job summary

Sixt is hiring a Customer Service Return Agent at Boston Logan International Airport. You will welcome customers on arrival, inspect vehicles for damage and mileage, and complete return transactions while advising on final charges. You will promote SIXT products, tag vehicles for maintenance, and work in various weather conditions.

The role requires 40 hours per week, and offers an hourly pay of $22.50. Uniform is provided, with travel up to 5-10% and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience; background in sales, service, or hospitality preferred.
• At least 18 years old with valid driver's license, clean driving record, and work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Basic computer navigation skills; familiar with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers on arrival and ensure a friendly return experience.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel level, and mileage; direct issues to appropriate channels.
• Complete return transactions and advise customers on final charges.
