Customer Service / Remote

Residents of TX / Independent Contractor / Full or Part Time / Available at least 20 hours per week / Set your own schedule within hours of operation (Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm ET) / $12 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for patients needing home healthcare services
• Receive and respond to incoming calls from providers, referral sources, and potential patients
• Review patient history as necessary
• Answer questions and verify patient membership
• Collect and enter clinical and demographic information into the client's patient portal
• Help set appointments
• Provide technical support as necessary
