Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming phone calls and serve as the primary customer interface for inquiries.
  • Inform, educate, and advocate for members, building trust and representing the voice of the customer.
  • Use established best practices, attend ongoing training, and utilize resources and tools to assist customers effectively.
  • Navigate the challenging world of insurance with professionalism and dedication.
Qualifications:
  • Reside within Nebraska or the immediate Omaha metro area at the time of application.
  • Have a distraction-free environment and high-speed internet to handle back-to-back calls.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, with three years of experience in a customer service role (health insurance or related field preferred). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Availability for remote training lasting approximately 9-12 weeks (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST).
  • Ability to work any 8.5-hour shift within the hours of 7:30 am - 6:00 pm CST after training.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: $42,640 annually.
  • Anticipated class start date: Summer 2025.
  • Applicants may not receive immediate feedback; applications are considered for future start dates.
  • Preferred candidates may have basic medical/dental terminology knowledge and contract interpretation skills.
