Job description

Call Center / Administrative Assistant / Fully Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $60K per year

As a Customer Service Rep, you'll:

  1. Support the Acquisitions Manager(s) by taking incoming calls/leads, qualifying them, and building rapport during initial and ongoing conversations.
  2. Manage the CRM by inputting live leads, attaching each lead to a marketing campaign, and assigning them to sales reps.
  3. Schedule all appointments (physical and phone) for sales staff.
  4. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
  5. Communicate appointment details with Acquisition Managers and monitor the flow of tasks.
  6. Return calls promptly, pleasantly, and with a positive attitude.
