Position Summary

Work Schedule

Seeking individuals open to working a 40-hour shift between 8 am-9 pm EST, Monday through Sunday. A set schedule will be provided upon offer.

Job Description

Join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Service Representative. You will provide telephone support to patients on life-sustaining specialty drug therapy, coordinate and process medication orders, verify benefits, and communicate with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve issues. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure timely processing and meet clinical and financial expectations. This role suits those who thrive in fast-paced environments and demonstrate compassionate care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid/Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License.
• One year experience in a customer service role handling complex customer needs over the phone.
• Experience with Windows applications, Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
• Keyboarding skills and aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare work experience, familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Anticipated weekly hours: 40

Time type: Full time

Pay Range: $17.00 - $28.46 per hour, based on experience and other factors.
