Customer Service Representative - Work from home - Accredo

In this role, you will be on the front lines with patients, responding to inquiries with care, detail, and empathy.

How you’ll make a difference:

  1. Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better. Use your training, problem-solving skills, and team support to answer calls effectively.
  2. Track patient interactions. Use your listening skills to understand patient questions and document interactions in real-time.
  3. Provide the best advice to patients. Address concerns empathetically and escalate when necessary.

Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in PC use, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position details:

This is a WAH/Flex role, allowing most work from home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if working onsite.

Additional info:
