Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative - Warranty for a 12+ month contract, onsite in Plano, TX. You will handle warranty-related reporting, support field service operations, and collaborate with Sales, Parts, Repair, and Product Management to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in customer service or warranty support, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems and SAP. This role is onsite with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer service, repair services operational support or warranty claims.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems and SAP.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong documentation and data recording skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Compile and distribute reporting on a set schedule and ad hoc using ERP data resources.
• Monitor and communicate performance for field service repair organizations.
• Support internal partners including Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair and Product Management.
• Approve the referral of unresolved grievances to designated departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative - Warranty. This is a 12+ Month contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX (Onsite).

Pay Range: $30/hr - $36/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and distribute reporting direct management assigned established on a set schedule as well as on an ad hoc basis using all available data resources including but not limited to company ERP systems.
• Monitor and communicate performance levels and provided operational support for assigned field service repair organizations.
• Support internal partners including but not limited to Sales, Contact Centers, Parts, Repair and Product Management in resolving or advising on complex issues and opportunities.
• Approve the referral of unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Performance of all other duties as assigned by direct management or made apparent during the course of the performance of the job.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, ERP systems and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to under change management environment.
• Education/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• 8+ years’ experience in customer service, repair services operational support or warranty claims
