As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our services are conducted with integrity and efficiency, always prioritizing people and valuing their contributions.

Summary:

The customer care service representative provides effective customer service for internal and external clients by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, and communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Customer Care, Inventory Control, and Operations teams to allocate workload; perform data entry, monitor phone and email communications, organize workspace, and maintain files.
• Support order planning and processing from creation to delivery.
• Review order shipping combinations, coordinate delivery appointments, secure carriers based on schedules, and manage allocation and pricing.
• Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and document maintenance.
• Work independently to complete tasks within established timelines.
• Manage extensive communication with customers and internal teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting across all organizational levels.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
