Job summary

Security First Bank in Cozad, NE is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, ACH and wires, while opening new accounts and maintaining records. You will deliver outstanding service, resolve inquiries, and assist with online banking support.

Ideal candidates have cash-handling or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and basic accounting knowledge plus proficiency with computer applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash-handling, banking, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, ACH, and wire requests.
• Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, problem resolution, and online banking support.
• Balance cash transactions, research discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in daily operations.
• Promote bank products and services, maintain compliance, and support branch operations as needed.
