Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am-4:00pm Pacific Time)

Overtime required as needed

What You Will Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to perform with honesty and integrity, providing a highly responsive and excellent level of customer service.

  • Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Answer incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with Stryker's standards, following standardized processes to ensure quality
  • Understand, interpret, and explain detailed information about processes and procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and assist with team or organizational projects as needed
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to new and changing situations
  • Understand how decisions impact customers, markets, and sales representatives
  • Provide support beyond standard hours if call volume or workload requires it

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience
  • Experience with ERP, EDI, or GHX systems
  • Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys

Pay range: $20.08 – $32.87 per hour plus bonus and benefits. Actual pay varies by location, skills, and experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase plan, and more.
