I opened my agency in 2020 after spending three and a half years as a State Farm team member. Before joining State Farm, I worked for a software company as a corporate trainer, which helped shape my passion for learning, development, and helping others succeed. As a Customer Service Representative with John Jensen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
