State Farm Agency in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to join Joyce Emerson-Greenberg State Farm Agency. No insurance experience is required; we provide training to learn the insurance side of the business and build a professional career.

You will build relationships, answer questions, handle service requests by phone, text, email, and in person, and help the team achieve agency goals while learning State Farm products.

No insurance experience? No problem! We’re looking for the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training and help you learn the insurance side of the business.

What You’ll Do
