Position Overview

Jane Staples State Farm agency seeks a Bilingual (Spanish) Account Representative with strong sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Insurance experience is not required. Training will be provided.

• Sales and Customer Acquisition: Connect with potential customers and recommend State Farm products that meet their needs.
• Consultative Selling: Talk with customers and discuss the best solutions
• Customer Relationships: Build lasting relationships with clients, provide ongoing support, and address any concerns they may have.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the agency.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish Required
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
