Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mary Crow - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a good fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you serve.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
