What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls
  • Experience working with computers and data entry

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers regarding respiratory supplies
  • Scheduling patient appointments for respiratory care
  • Accurate and timely entry of new customer information into computer system
  • Assist in product inquiry
  • Verify insurance coverage when needed

LOCATION & SCHEDULE:

  • 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI 48015
  • Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Remote Terms

  • Once training is completed, the position is fully remote.
