Valentine State Farm is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience, explain insurance and financial products, and support agency growth. You will assist customers with policy changes, process claims, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth service.

• Must complete NE Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensing process.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
