Tim Lane State Farm is seeking a licensed Washington State Property and Casualty and Life/Health customer service representative for our Spokane Valley office. You will assist with policy management, respond to policy questions, and support billing, underwriting, and claims processes.

Qualifications

• WA Property and Casualty Insurance license required prior to employment.
• Automotive/Homeowners insurance customer service experience a plus.
• Life/Health insurance customer service experience a plus.
• Detail oriented, organized with strong writing and data entry abilities.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Role Description

As a State Farm Customer Service Representative, you will assist our current customers with policy management as well as support your fellow State Farm team members and the Agent/Owner.

Responsibilities

• Current customer policy management
• Responding to current customer policy questions
• Adding and making changes to current customer's policies
• Claims assistance
• Billing support
• Underwriting support
• Assisting team members and Agent/Owner
• Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Candidates must have valid Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License prior to employment.
• Automotive and Homeowners insurance customer service experience with a major insurance carrier or insurance broker is a plus.
• Life and Health insurance customer service experience with a major insurance carrier or insurance broker is a plus.
• Detail oriented, organized with solid writing, typing, data entry, note taking capabilities and multi-tasking.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and customer data systems
• A very positive, friendly attitude that enjoys helping others.
