Job summary

Jeff Ellis's State Farm agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative to nurture customer relationships and deliver prompt, accurate service. The role focuses on insurance inquiries, policy changes, and billing questions, within a supportive team at a North Central San Antonio location near Blanco and North Loop 1604.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, self-motivation, and teamwork, with a willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license as needed.

Position Overview
