Job summary

Don Tipps - State Farm Agent in Amarillo, TX seeks a proactive Customer Service Representative to build strong client relationships, answer inquiries, and assist with policy changes and billing. Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Compensation: $35,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
• I am a proud graduate of West Texas A&M.
• We have 40 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
