Durand Insurance & Financial Services in Rockville is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm agent team. You will serve as the main contact for clients, answering questions, processing changes, and supporting insurance needs with a focus on service excellence.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to help clients protect what matters most.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and work ethic.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• License in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and account servicing.
• Conduct policy reviews to ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
• Educate customers about State Farm insurance and financial service products.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and recommend additional products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, and outstanding requests.
• Process customer requests accurately and maintain detailed account records.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve individual and office goals.
• Maintain compliance with State Farm guidelines and insurance regulations.

As a Client Account Representative of State Farm with Christian Durand - State Farm Agent, you will be the point of contact for many of our customers, providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships. You will assist clients with their insurance needs by answering questions, servicing existing policies, processing account changes, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional State Farm products and services.
