Katie Clouse State Farm is seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative to join our Ozark office. This part-time, in-office role focuses on delivering exceptional service, answering questions, and assisting with policy servicing.

A Missouri Property & Casualty license must be obtained within 30 days of start; we provide paid training, coaching, and licensing support. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and account updates.
• Support customers through the claims process and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

• Work closely with agency team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to licensed team members when additional insurance needs arise.
