RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

SCHEDULE :

• Flexible schedule, this opportunity could be great for stay-at-home parents with kids in school.
• 5 hours per day, Monday-Friday. Could be 9am-2pm, 8am-1pm, or 10am-3pm, only requirement is that hours must include 11am-1pm.
