As a Customer Service Representative, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a good fit. You will enhance your career by resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with team members, and anticipating community needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Currently working in customer service
• Within a 20-minute drive to Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
• Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer light phone call volume

Part-Time Schedule: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday
