The Jake Davis State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable, relationship-focused Customer Service Representative to support our existing customers and help strengthen their overall insurance experience.

This position is primarily service-driven, with an added focus on identifying opportunities within the current book of business. You'll assist customers with policy questions, account updates, claims-related needs, and general service requests while also looking for coverage gaps and recommending additional products when appropriate.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable building relationships, asking thoughtful questions, and balancing excellent customer service with monthly in-book sales expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Licensing Requirements

Insurance licensing is required for this position.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 30 days of starting

Licensing guidance and support will be available to help qualified candidates complete the process.
