I opened my agency in 2018 after serving as a pastor for 17 years, bringing a people‑first, values‑driven approach into agency ownership. I’m married and a proud parent of five children, with one son playing college baseball and the others active in various sports. I was born and raised in Middle Georgia and remain a lifelong resident of Warner Robins. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Brewton‑Parker College and stay active in the Chamber of Commerce. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ryan Lyons - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
