Troy Hooper State Farm is seeking a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member in Cypress, Texas to deliver exceptional service, handle policy information, and support clients in the local community.

You will collaborate with the agency team, process inquiries, assist with policy changes, and help the community while maintaining accurate records and a friendly, can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Hooper - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
