I opened my agency in 2020 after serving in the military and then transitioning into sales, experiences that shaped my leadership style and strong work ethic. I was born and raised in Houston and am a proud Texas A&M supporter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, especially taking cruises, and my kids are now in college. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Troy Hooper - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
