Insurance has always been a part of my life. My grandmother worked for State Farm in my hometown, and from an early age, I knew I wanted to become an agent. I began my career as a Claims Adjuster, later earned a promotion, and eventually fulfilled my goal of becoming a State Farm agent.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kelli Ashbrook - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
